Suggested Usage:-Put a dollop of the body scrub in the palm of your hand with or without a treatment glove.-Massage it onto damp skin- moving in a circular motion. Pay particular attention to elbows- knees and heels.-Rinse off with warm water.-For more intense exfoliation- massage directly onto dry skin- moving in a circular motion- then rinse it off in the shower.
