Lips: -Apply Chromaluxe Hi-Lite Cream Highlighter on top of any MatteTrance™ Lipstick for a diamond-sparkle highlight effect. -Use a fingertip to swipe the Chromaluxe Hi-Lite Cream Highlighter onto the lips or use a fluffy brush to highlight the cupid's bow. Face: -Illuminate the skin by applying Chromaluxe Hi-Lite Cream Highlighter. -Use a Skin Fetish 003 brush to softly apply Chromaluxe Hi-Lite Cream Highlighter to the high points of the face. -Use the brush or fingers to build the opacity until reaching the desired level of shimmer.
