Suggested Usage:-Cleanse your face.
-If desired- apply the LightStim Serum of your choice.
-Turn on the light and the built-in three-minute treatment timer will begin.
-Place the light gently touching your skin and hold in place.
-After the timer beeps- move the light to a new area and repeat until you have treated all desired areas.
-Use daily.
-Once you have achieved your desired results- use two to three times weekly.
