Suggested Usage:-Apply a thin- even coat of liquid lipstick to your lips- allowing a minute or so to set. -This hydrating formula dries down to a soft matte finish. -If deeper pigment is desired- feel free to apply another thin layer- allowing each layer to set between applications.
