Suggested Usage:-Pour one crush into canteen with about six ounces of water- shake- and mix. -Then- add your favorite type of milk. -Drink daily for two to four weeks for best results. Founder's tips:-Empty water bottle- pour the crush in- and then add a tiny bit of water (about one tablespoon).-Then- shake the bottle until the crush has dissolved and turned into an elixir.
