Suggested Usage:-Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application.-To use as a liner- run the pencil along your lash line and let set.-To use as an eyeshadow follow line the eye- then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket.-For both applications- the formula will set after 30 seconds- so blend quickly.-Finish your look with Legendary Lashes v2 mascara (sold separately) for a beautiful Hollywood flutter or Full Fat Lashes (sold separately) for a doe-eyed look.Precautions:-Do not use this eyeshadow pencil on the insides of your eyes.
